By efficiency, we mean doing more with less. Searching Naukri and Monster at one shot; inputing keywords only once. Communicating with more people in less time and responding to more people without leakage of leads. Able to search resume at any moment without check if your login is being used by another recruiter.

Adding a Business

This function is pertinent to the sales and marketing team. Once a client is converted from lead to prospect, sales team would create a business and assign the same to a delivery manager.

Typically a recruiter will be need this to learn uploading candidate and process him for a pertucular job.

Once a candidate reaches onboard status on hiretrak, finance team would process billing. This portion is covered here

Adding a Job

A job is added by delivery as and when they receive the same from clients. It may be added by sales too but then delivery manager must assign the job to right recruiter.

This process is pertinent to IBM team and once other volume business starts, same would be carried forward.

Sales activity is captured in this perticular file. Sales would input their target business into SmartSearch and when they find the SPOC at client end, input the SPOC. and take the engagement from lead to billing.
